Bungalow K-Free River Access! Pets ok!

The bungalow was very clean, however, it smelled like cigarette smoke. Left front burner on the stove didn’t work properly. Other guests were letting their dogs run free. Other than that it was a pleasant experience. Close to KP park to kayak. I would stay there again.

Rainbow River Bungalows has the campground-feel we were so happy to find! Units J, K, L, M and N are adjacent to the fire pit, which we sat at every day just to read or chat (a fire ban from lack of rain didn’t allow for a fire, but it was so relaxing anyway). Very quiet (we stayed in K) and so close to town for Walmart Supercenter, WinnDixie, and restaurants. KP Hole Park has benches by the water for those who don’t kayak or tube. Eating at the Front Porch is a must, as is Rainbow Springs State Park, which is beautiful with waterfalls and a lake and is only a few minutes away (enter at the headsprings entrance unless you’re camping). Can’t wait to come back to Rainbow River Bungalows next year!

Nice little cozy home for a weekend stay! Very happy they allow dogs. I will note that this home does not have a dishwasher and the bed from the pullout is extremely uncomfortable. However, it was very clean and the location is great.

Very nice bungalow. Clean and modern

We recently stayed at Rainbow Springs Bungalow and had a wonderful time. The place itself was as advertised; quaint, clean, had all necessary kitchen & bathroom essentials and plenty of storage! Loved that it was pet friendly too. The property was very charming and they even had a mobile tavern and movie night while we were there, so fun! Loved that we could rent kayaks from them too & easily transport them right down the road to drop in to Rainbow Springs. Such a perfect location if you doing anything near the water. Highly recommend!
